How Good Is the ammo Pro? Real Reviews From ammo 2nd Gen Users
A user review of the ammo Pro highlights refined detailing, adjusted dimensions, improved vapor performance, and a more comfortable draw compared with the first generation.
I started using ammo from the first generation and got completely hooked. I tried the second-generation product at an expo, so here are my thoughts. At first glance, it looks similar to the first generation, but when you look closely, the detailing is much more refined. The width and length have been slightly adjusted, and the proportions feel very aesthetically pleasing. It looks great at a glance, the atomization performance is noticeably improved, and the draw feels more comfortable.
The device has a moderate weight. The red version looks a bit orange under strong lighting, and the finish feels almost suede-like. The flowing light effect looks amazing in the dark. The draw resistance is on the lighter side, so it’s not ideal for deep pulls. About two rounds gives a suitable amount of vapor. The atomization is very thorough—maybe even too thorough—because after a few puffs of the orange flavor, there’s a faint sweetness left in my mouth. I rolled a tissue into a thin cone and wiped the mouthpiece, and there was a small amount of e-liquid residue on it.
As a long-time ammo user, from the original release up to the current Pro, and after getting quite a few friends into it as well, I’ve always felt that ammo’s draw resistance is moderate and closer to the feel of a real cigarette, plus it offers a wide range of flavors. The only downside right now is that the Pro has too few flavor options. As for the new Pro, both the breathing light and the charging cable were pleasant surprises for me. In the end, I hope ammo keeps getting better and better.
How good is the ammo Pro? In fact, the Pro looks quite similar to the first generation, but for some reason it still has a huge appeal for me. Maybe it’s the glossy finish, or maybe it’s because of how impressive the first generation was. In an era when every brand is constantly launching new products, ammo took its time before finally releasing the second generation. That makes me think this really is a premium product among premium products. Ever since the expo, I’ve been waiting for news about the Pro and checking reviews across different platforms. Sure enough, everyone has had very positive things to say about it. I’m also hoping to get my own Pro as soon as possible, because it’s rare these days for a pod device to truly impress me.
What I love most about the ammo Pro is the flowing light effect and the battery life. Every time I’m with friends, they envy the lighting effect on mine, to the point that I ended up getting each of them an ammo Pro too [grin]. And the battery life really is durable—much better than the first generation. It also feels different in the hand. Even though there aren’t many flavors, it’s already enough for me. Still, I hope the official lineup adds more flavors so I can get even more of my friends to switch to ammo Pro. Recently I’ve been thinking about trying Savinelli. If the flavors are good, I’ll get all my friends around me to pick one up too [smirk][smirk]
The flowing light on the Ammo Pro is just too cool. The new generation delivers a much stronger throat hit. There still aren’t many pod flavors, but it’s enough for now. Hope the Pro releases more flavors soon [heyha][heyha][heyha] looking forward to it
The teal color of the ammo Pro looks so good. I’ve used the first generation for almost two years, replaced two devices and lost one, but never gave up on it. The flavor experience really speaks for itself. I’m looking forward to the Pro tasting even better, and I hope ammo keeps getting better and better [rose][rose][rose]
For the ammo Pro, my favorite is the gold one—it’s dazzling [grin]. My favorite flavors are lemon and grapefruit. Compared with the first generation, the flavor blending is a little less sweet, making it better for extended use without becoming cloying. The body is also a bit slimmer and taller, like it went on a diet and got a height boost.
The ammo Pro really has standout looks. The device feels substantial in the hand and is very comfortable to hold. Out of the 9 flavors, I’ve tried pomelo, cola, mung bean, and grape so far, and I absolutely love these. The atomization performance is incredible and the taste is smooth and delicate. I’ll try the other flavors after I finish these. ammo is awesome.
How good is the ammo Pro? The first generation was a classic, and the second generation is unbeatable! ammo brings that saying to life perfectly. ammo hit the market at its peak: the device looks amazing, the pods deliver stunning flavor, and the overall experience is so good it’s hard to put down. People who have used ammo rarely want to switch away. The device has a solid, weighty feel that feels reassuring in the hand while still looking stylish. As for pod flavors, the selection is dazzling, and each one is recreated very well. What’s even more impressive is the layered flavor profile—top, middle, and finish are all clearly expressed. That’s incredibly rare for a pod device, and it really shows ammo’s strength in flavor development. Backed by Boton, a major player in the flavor industry, it’s clearly something special. In terms of e-liquid quality, ammo is absolutely top-tier, second to none. And now ammo has upgraded the device to the Pro level. It’s not just an improvement in appearance—its overall specs are stronger across the board. That allows high-quality e-liquid to perform even better, with richer flavor, better definition, and more layering. A great saddle for a great horse: Pro + ultra-premium e-liquid = the peak of the industry. ammo + nos + savinelli, three engines moving forward together—the future belongs to ammo!
