After earning an MBA from Columbia University and gaining experience at leading FMCG companies like Procter & Gamble and Bain & Company, he has a deep understanding of the objective laws of business development. Born in 1989, he is an internet native who has participated in various industrialization projects at multiple universities and served as a design consultant for several well-known companies. He possesses unique insights and excels in integrating innovation across technology, design, and business, authoring "Business Innovation Design," which is used as a guiding textbook in several institutions.

With seven years of experience in the e-cigarette industry, he has a deep understanding of the sector and has led his team to develop electronic vapor products favored by foreign brands. Worked at Apple for nearly ten years, serving as the Director of Apple China South and the Operations Director of Apple's Greater China Enterprise Division, driving sales in the southern region from tens of millions to hundreds of billions; joined Lexin in 2015 as COO, leading Lexin to become the second-largest seller of smart wearables in China within six months (first being Xiaomi, third being Apple), and the fifth-largest globally within a year, successfully IPOing on the Growth Enterprise Market in November 2016.
