Therefore, just a deep lung inhale to about half of your lung capacity is enough.     After inhaling, take a small breath of air in. This method allows the smoke you inhaled to fully mix with the air, enabling your lungs to better control the smoke, resulting in more smoke being exhaled.  Beginner Smoke Ring Video Tutorial   Third - Exhalation: After completing the inhalation step, exhale the air you just inhaled downwards, releasing the smoke to your throat, and then hold your breath. This method changes the flow of smoke in your lungs.     When you inhale smoke, your lungs are in an internal circulation mode. If you do not exhale the smoke, it will continue to circulate in your lungs, bringing the smoke you initially inhaled deep into your lungs until it is fully absorbed. Many people forget this step during practice, so they end up not producing any smoke halfway through, so remember this detail.     Fourth - Mouth Shape: The mouth should be in an O shape and cover the teeth. This step is quite important in this tutorial. Your mouth should be naturally open, about the size of a bottle cap. Then, your lips should cover your teeth and slightly retract inward, resembling the look of an old lady without teeth.     In the early stages of practice, your mouth may feel sore; if so, it indicates that you are about to develop muscle memory. With a bit more practice, you will be able to adopt the coughing ring posture effortlessly. If not, it means you are not practicing correctly and are being lazy, making it nearly impossible to perform more fancy tricks later on.     Fifth - Coughing Rings: Smoke rings are coughed out, not blown out. This step is the most important in this tutorial. If you do not learn it well, even if you get all the other steps right, you will never be able to cough out smoke rings. Please remember each key point carefully.     First and foremost, learn to hold your breath. Holding your breath is not done by using your lungs but by using your throat, similar to the feeling of constriction when your throat is irritated. After holding the smoke, gently cough; the feeling of coughing should be like clearing your throat. This method allows your smoke to gather more tightly, preventing it from dispersing, and the smoke rings will not easily break apart.     Seventh - Direction of Coughing Rings: While mastering the rhythm of coughing rings, you should also learn to change the direction of the smoke rings. If you only cough in one direction, the smoke rings you cough out later will collide with the ones you coughed out earlier, resulting in imperfect smoke rings.
