Which RELX Generation Is Best: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th?

Which RELX generation is best: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th? This guide compares the four generations to help users identify models and choose the right pod-based device.
Which RELX generation is best: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th? As the leading domestic brand in China’s pod-based vaping market, RELX holds the majority of the local market share, so it releases new products fairly quickly. Many users online can no longer tell whether a device is a RELX model or not. At present, RELX has four versions.

Which RELX generation is best: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th? RELX 1st Generation

At present, this is the most cost-effective RELX model, and it also has the widest variety of pods. Since several pod flavors are being discontinued, there are currently 14 flavors available.

Advantages: Lower long-term cost of use and relatively cheaper pods.

Disadvantages: Condensation buildup requires regular cleaning.

Recommended for: First-time e-cigarette buyers. One box contains 3 pods, and each pod is 2 ml.

Which RELX generation is best: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th? 2nd Generation Alpha

The Alpha device first stands out for its updated appearance, with a matte finish and a more premium feel. It also has more draw resistance than the 1st generation, making it more satisfying to use. The pods use an S-shaped ring design, making leaks less likely, and users are less likely to inhale e-liquid condensation. Even when taken on a plane, leakage is rare. It feels more satisfying, smoother, and eliminates much of the worry about leaking.

Advantages: No leaking, no inhaling condensation, and better flavor performance.

Recommended for: Experienced smokers or users seeking a better flavor experience.

Recommended for: A top gift choice and especially recommended for frequent business travelers.

Which RELX generation is best: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th? 3rd Generation Lingdian

Compared with the 2nd generation, I prefer the 3rd generation’s flavor and appearance. The anti-slip design on the device body really won me over. The 1st generation I used before was too slippery and often slipped out of my clothing pocket, getting badly damaged from falls. The 3rd generation uses an anti-slip striped design. I especially like this white version—clean, simple, and elegant.

As for the flavor, it feels smoother and softer than the 2nd generation. The draw resistance is a balanced middle ground between the 1st and 2nd generations—not too strong and not too weak. It also doesn’t feel airy. Its condensation control is excellent: once you pull out the pod, you can see that the condensation is fully locked in and does not leak out at all. The 4-layer silicone seal brings leak prevention technology to a very advanced level.

Finally, there is the app connectivity with real-time smart monitoring. You can see how many puffs you’ve taken, which pod flavor you used, and even lock the device with one tap. This feature is quite useful for households with children, so you don’t have to worry about accidental use.

Advantages: Smooth, soft flavor; can connect to a phone for real-time monitoring; anti-loss functions.

Disadvantages: Other than the price, no obvious drawbacks so far.

Recommended for: E-cigarette enthusiasts.

Which RELX generation is best: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th? 4th Generation Infinity
  RELX e-cigarette
RELX Infinity combines the strengths of the other three generations. It is nearly as cost-effective as the 1st generation, and the follow-up pods are all priced at 99 yuan for a pack of 3. It has a breathing light design similar to the Alpha and a similar matte body material. Like the Lingdian, it uses a flatter mouthpiece design that fits the lips better.

A charging case set was recently released. The case is compact, easy to carry, and more than sufficient for short trips.

Disadvantages: Like the 1st generation, its airflow inlet design is prone to being blocked by dust.

Advantages: Smooth and soft flavor, several excellent flavors, standout popular flavors, and strong cost performance.

Recommended for: Beginners, or users deciding between the 1st generation and the Alpha or Lingdian.

Which RELX generation is best: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th? In summary, from a value-for-money perspective, Infinity is the better choice. If you prefer the premium end, choose Lingdian. If budget is not an issue, Lingdian is a safe bet. If you find Lingdian too expensive and the pods too costly to keep using, choose Infinity. #p#Page Break Title#e#
