Recently, I have received multiple customer feedbacks regarding the sale of the "One Device with Three Pods" RELX first-generation kit on social media, claiming it is genuine and offering QR codes for rewards points, along with actual photos.
 

So where do these so-called "genuine" RELX first-generation kits come from? Are they real?

First, we need to clarify that since its launch, RELX has never released a "One Device with Three Pods" kit. The first-generation kit has only been officially sold in two configurations: one is a "One Device with Two Pods" kit, and the other is a single device co-branded version. Besides these two, there is also a single device for after-sales replacement, which is generally not sold to the public, making it difficult to enter the market.

Regarding the so-called "One Device with Three Pods" combination kit sold by some social media vendors, there are likely two main scenarios:

One is the "One Device with Three Pods" kit. This can be determined as counterfeit, as I mentioned earlier, the RELX first-generation kit has never been released in this configuration, meaning it cannot be produced by RELX.

The second is a "Single Device + Three Pods" combination. Counterfeit sellers may mix "genuine pods + counterfeit device" for sale. Since the pods are genuine, they can be verified through official QR codes, which often misleads customers into thinking they have purchased genuine products. This is why many social media vendors claim that their "One Device with Three Pods" can be verified.

As for those using "counterfeit pods + counterfeit device," they can only deceive newcomers and are generally one-time sales.

Therefore, if you encounter social media vendors selling RELX "One Device with Three Pods," please be cautious. Do not compromise your health for a moment of cheapness, as it would not be worth the loss.
