This peer-reviewed study titled “Can E-Cigarettes Help Reduce Smoking Rates in Australia?” was co-authored by Australian scholars Associate Professor Colin Mendelsohn, Professor Wayne Hall, and Professor Ron Borland, and published in the scientific journal "Drug and Alcohol Review".<\/span>
