JOUZ 20 Quick Review
The JOUZ 20 has actually been around for a while, and I didn't want to promote this product, which is why I haven't purchased it for testing. Many netizens are confused, with some saying it is a Korean product and others claiming it is Japanese. In fact, JOUZ is a company based in Shenzhen, registered as a brand in Japan. It’s similar to automotive aftermarket parts, where many domestic manufacturers register a brand in Japan but only sell there. Personally, I’m not looking down on our domestic products; I believe as a Chinese person, I should promote this as a Chinese product. After all, JOUZ is an excellent product, and brands like IQOS and GLO are also produced in China. Just because it’s made in China doesn’t mean it’s of poor quality. As a domestically produced JOUZ, it can basically compete with IQOS. However, the reason I have been hesitant to recommend it is that both foreigners and even we Chinese do not know it is a Chinese product.

The JOUZ 20 feels great in hand and has excellent build quality. My friends often tell me that it’s durable and won’t break easily. Its quality is much better than IQOS 2.4, and of course, IQOS 3.0 has also improved in quality. The smoking experience matches well with IQOS tobacco sticks.
JOUZ 20 has a non-adjustable temperature control, with a slightly higher heating temperature than IQOS, providing a fuller flavor and good vapor production. The all-in-one device can be used for about 20 sticks, basically competing with LIL PLUS.
It uses a heating element similar to IQOS, which carries the risk of a broken heating element. However, its design is reasonable; if you put the lid on incorrectly, it won’t fit, which helps avoid breaking the heating element. The only concern about breaking the heating element would be during cleaning.

You might say that I’ve praised the JOUZ 20 so much, but does it have any drawbacks? I really can’t find any significant flaws. If there is one drawback, it might be that it’s a bit thick; after smoking three tobacco sticks, the lid gets hot due to poor heat dissipation. However, it definitely won’t melt like the LIL PLUS. Personally, I think if you’re considering buying LIL PLUS, you might as well buy JOUZ 20, as it offers better value for money.

The charging position is designed very uniquely.
The packaging has removed the white outer box, and the interior is a transparent hard plastic packaging box, clearly displaying the product. At first glance, it presents a simple and elegant design! The back features product descriptions, usage instructions, product contents, and warning labels in Japanese. Without Chinese, it can be a bit challenging to read. The side displays the English name and model of the product. The packaging includes the JOUZ 20 device, a cleaning brush, two dust plugs, four cleaning cotton swabs, a USB charging cable, and a manual. Product dimensions: 101*22.6*22.6mm, weight 58g.
