How to Reset IQOS?
IQOS reset methods vary by generation. For the Japanese IQOS 2.4 Plus charging case, pressing the power and reset buttons together will reset the charging case.

IQOS is now already in its 5th generation, and each version has a different reset method. Back in the IQOS 2.4 era, it had an automatic cleaning function. As far as I remember for now, IQOS 2.4 did not have a reset function.

On the Japanese version of the IQOS 2.4 PLUS charging case, the cleaning button was removed and a reset button was added. Pressing the power button and reset button together will reset the charging case.
3.0 Series Reset
For both the 3.0 and MULTI, press the power button 5 times in a row, then press and hold for 10 seconds to reset. For the 3.0, you need to place the holder into the charging case before resetting.
