Which Has Better Quality, Korea’s lil or IQOS?
As heated tobacco becomes more popular in China, many users compare the build quality of Korea’s lil and IQOS, while some also look at domestic alternatives.
Heated tobacco devices have already become very popular in China, especially in first- and second-tier cities. There are also more and more choices now, including Japan’s IQOS, Korea’s LIL, and our domestic Sichuan Tobacco product, Kungfu. A lot of people ask which one has better quality, so today I’ll give you a simple explanation.
If I had to rank them in order, Kungfu should have the best build quality. That’s because its heating blade is a separate component, and both the mainboard and battery are fully sealed. Next would be Korea’s LIL. At present, Korean LIL has two issues. The first is that the mouthpiece slowly melts—look carefully, I said slowly melts. I don’t know whether that is toxic. The second issue is that the heating pin can break off on its own, because its circular heating temperature is too high. The weakest quality should be IQOS, but that’s not entirely its fault. Because it is recharged repeatedly, and its protection settings are also very sensitive, even a tiny battery issue can trigger the red light and stop it from working!
