Why Does the Top Light on the Case Turn Orange When First Plugged In?
If the top light on the IQOS case turns orange when first plugged in, check whether you are using the official adapter and connect the cable to the device before plugging it into power.
First, check whether you are using the dedicated IQOS power adapter. If you use a charger plug from another brand, the light may trigger an alert and turn orange. Second, you should connect the charging cable to the IQOS device first, and then plug the power adapter in to charge it. If you do it the other way around, the light may also turn orange.
