Vietnam confirms tobacco leaf import quota at 71.84 million kg for 2024

According to the Vietnam News Agency, Vietnam has set its 2024 import quota for raw tobacco leaves at 71.84 million kilograms.

The quota has been allocated to traders approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to produce cigarettes, for use in manufacturing cigarettes containing a portion of imported raw tobacco certified by the ministry.
