Product prices on this site are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). We support payment by credit card, UnionPay card, WeChat Pay, and Alipay, with settlement in AUD.

Q: How soon will my order be shipped after I place it?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours after placement. You can then track the progress using the waybill number.

Q: What shipping method do you use, and how long will delivery take?

We ship in partnership with major international courier companies and use air freight. Delivery to Asia, the Americas, and Oceania can arrive in as fast as 5 days. Due to scheduling issues in international air transport, delivery will take no longer than 10 business days at the latest.

Q: Is there a quantity limit when placing an order?

We offer free shipping worldwide. The minimum order quantity is 10 pods, and each person may purchase up to 60 pods per order. As this falls under the standard for personal use, we have prepared promotional bundle packs. You can visit the promotional pods section to shop.
