SNOWPLUS overseas disposable vaping device review: Platypus

Let me share my experience with the overseas version of the SNOWPLUS vape - the Platypus disposable device. I carry one around, and it comes in three flavors. Today, I will mainly focus on two aspects: its taste and the pricing.

Recommended Flavors

Lemon Pineapple: My impression is that the sweetness of the pineapple overpowers the sourness of the lemon. It primarily showcases a pineapple flavor rather than a lemon one. The lemon flavor feels very faint; after careful tasting, you might detect a hint of it. Friends who enjoy tropical fruits like pineapple can give it a try, but the lemon flavor is not very strong.

Grapefruit Passionfruit: I personally feel that the initial flavor is dominated by passionfruit, with grapefruit as a complement. It primarily presents a sweet and sour passionfruit flavor, but upon closer tasting, there is a sense of intertwining between the two flavors. The ratio seems to be around 4:6, which I find quite good. Compared to the Lemon Pineapple, I think the balance between the two fruit flavors in Grapefruit Passionfruit is quite nice.

Green Apple: It smells similar to apple cider vinegar, but the taste is not like drinking apple cider vinegar. It’s more akin to the aroma of apple cider vinegar. The flavor is quite peculiar and differs from our usual perception of green apples; it resembles the taste of the fruit flesh, with a bit of acidity. That concludes my evaluation of these three flavors today.

Pricing Positioning

Now, let me explain the pricing of this SNOWPLUS product. Many new friends often ask why this product is priced higher than those disposable products that cost around fifty to seventy. I want to emphasize that when choosing products, we shouldn't just look at the price and overlook the taste and cost-effectiveness. For instance, the SNOWPLUS has been known to many friends; the large brick version has about 10,000 puffs but lacks a charging port. In terms of taste, it is slightly better than the Platypus, but it doesn't actually reach 10,000 puffs, and its price is also higher than that of the Platypus. Therefore, in terms of cost-effectiveness, it may not be as high as that of the Platypus, which is a concern many friends have raised. Additionally, regarding why it is more expensive than those fifty to seventy disposable products, I personally feel that the experience is better.

As this product is also my go-to, I feel that the experience is indeed better. I have used it extensively without encountering any oil leakage, which is a common concern. Everyone knows that oil leakage can lead to a very unpleasant experience. I have used this product a lot, and I have hardly encountered such issues.

Furthermore, many friends feel that the price of this product is relatively high compared to those fifty to seventy disposable products. The reason is simple: if you want a good experience, you must pay a corresponding price. Let me explain that products priced around fifty to seventy, like milk tea cups or soda cans, are not on the same quality level. Once you try a good product, you will realize that those fifty to seventy misty soda cans or milk tea cups are indeed quite inferior. Of course, I am only referring to the current market; this product is certainly better than most disposable products available today.
