Research shows that smoking does not relieve stress and may lead to mental health issues. Quitting smoking is beneficial for both physical and mental health, and non-smokers are more productive in work and life. Smokers should recognize the impact of smoking on them.

According to MAT abandung on October 8, despite some believing that smoking can relieve stress and soothe the mind, they may be unconsciously suffering from mental health issues.

A study published by the Nuffield Department of Primary Health Sciences in JAMA indicates that the benefits of quitting smoking are significantly greater than those of smoking.

The project's researcher, Gao Min, stated: “We employed three statistical methods to avoid confounding results, providing strong evidence that quitting smoking is beneficial for physical and mental health, rather than harmful.” His research found that those who quit smoking reduce their risk of mental health issues and do not need to worry excessively about mood changes.

Non-smokers are indeed more productive than smokers; they achieve social goals more easily and can complete daily tasks more effectively without feeling guilty due to stress.
