Zgar Ice Bear e-cigarette authenticity comparison: is the Japanese version of Ice Bear real?

Key point: If you want help identifying genuine and fake products, the truth is even I find Ice Bear authenticity confusing. But one thing has been said many times: there is no so-called Japanese version of Ice Bear, and all "Japanese version" products ar

People keep asking me to help verify authenticity, but honestly, even I’m getting confused by all the fake and real Ice Bear products out there. The most common one is what people call the “Japanese version” of Ice Bear. I’ve said this many times before: there is no such thing as a Japanese version of Ice Bear. Any so-called Japanese version is fake.

At the end of last year, I already posted some videos about this. The packaging at that time was different from what it is now. Back then, the so-called Japan Ice Bear had another style of packaging. You can go watch one of my videos from last December where I complained about the fake Japanese Ice Bear. There are also some other versions out there.

At first, I couldn’t clearly tell them apart either. People sent me some close-up photos, and I compared them with the Ice Bear products I had stocked up for my own use. That’s when I noticed differences in the details. There are also a lot of counterfeit Ice Bear products on the market now, which is really frustrating. So today, let me show everyone what the genuine current versions look like. First of all, we all already know that Ice Bear is no longer being made for the domestic market in China. Or rather, once it is produced, it is shipped directly by air to the United States. What is produced domestically is the U.S. version. And what does the U.S. version look like? It looks like this. Take a good look. This is the U.S. version, and you normally can’t get it directly in China. A friend of mine got this for me from the U.S. The U.S. version comes like this: ten pieces per pack, with each one individually wrapped.

This U.S. version also seems to have counterfeits now. Yes, even the U.S. version has fakes. But this one was brought back for me by my friend from New York, so it is definitely authentic. There is also another genuine version currently available that is produced overseas, though not in China. It is made in Vietnam, the Vietnam version of Ice Bear. In fact, I just received this package—my friend in Vietnam helped get it for me. All duties were paid. It also comes in packs of ten pieces, but compared with the U.S. version, there are some differences. Most obviously, the packaging is larger than the U.S. version. The box is clearly a bit bigger.

I don’t know if everyone can see it clearly. Although both are individually wrapped, this box looks larger than the U.S. version. And in terms of how it feels in hand, the U.S. version feels more tightly wrapped. Although this one is also fully sealed, the outer plastic film is much looser than the U.S. version. As far as I know, only these two versions are genuine right now. All the other random versions are fake. In general, these are not easy to get in China anyway, so I hope everyone keeps their eyes open. Don’t buy fake products, feel that something is off afterward, and then come to me asking for authentication. I’m honestly exhausted from verifying these already.
