Law enforcement in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, conducted a raid and seized a large quantity of illegal e-cigarette products, with an estimated value exceeding 700 billion Vietnamese Dong.
According to a report from Vietnamese media xahoi.congly on October 9, law enforcement in Ho Chi Minh City discovered a large number of illegal e-cigarettes and e-liquid products during a raid on a company's warehouse, with a total value reaching 700 billion Vietnamese Dong (approximately 20.5 million RMB).
Previously, law enforcement in Ho Chi Minh City conducted a raid on a warehouse of a company named HAPIAN, where they found over 600 boxes containing e-liquid and other health products, including 2600 e-cigarette devices. The next day, law enforcement continued to search another warehouse and office of the company, seizing an additional 5800 boxes containing e-cigarettes and e-liquids. Preliminary estimates suggest that the total value of these items exceeds 700 billion Vietnamese Dong.

The suspects admitted that these goods were imported from various places and then labeled for sale. Currently, relevant authorities are investigating the case.
