Officials in Ocean County, New Jersey, stated that a business located in Lakehurst has been summoned for allegedly selling illegal electronic cigarette products. Law enforcement seized 698 illegal products from the business.
According to a report from newjersey.news12 on September 22, officials in Ocean County, New Jersey, stated that a business located in Lakehurst has been summoned for allegedly selling illegal electronic cigarette products. Officials said that the business, “Lakehurst Lucky 7” on Route 70, was selling flavored tobacco electronic cigarette products. Law enforcement seized 698 illegal products from the business.
It is illegal to sell flavored tobacco products in New Jersey. Ocean County official Joseph Vicari wrote, “I can assure anyone attempting to sell illegal products in our county that the Division of Consumer Affairs will remain vigilant and will prosecute violators to the fullest extent of the law.”
