[Two Above from Dortmund] At the German Dortmund Tobacco Exhibition (Inter-Tabac) opening on September 14, Two Above discovered that several electronic cigarette brands showcased their "mini" electronic cigarette products, including well-known brands like ELFBAR, LOST MARY, and AROMA KING. Compared to larger capacity electronic cigarettes, these mini products are more compact and exquisite.
According to Two Above, the emergence of mini electronic cigarettes is mainly due to the EU TPD regulations, which state that the capacity of electronic cigarette e-liquids must not exceed 2 milliliters. However, electronic cigarette manufacturers did not specifically design products for the EU market but instead scaled down existing larger capacity electronic cigarette products to meet regulatory requirements.
