According to reports from Kazakh media, the Kazakhstan Civil Aviation Administration (MIIR) recently amended the rules for civil aviation transport, which involve regulations regarding carrying electronic devices and e-cigarettes. MIIR emphasized that these changes are made out of concern for passenger safety and comfort. <\/p>
Under the new regulations, passengers are no longer allowed to place portable electronic devices such as tablets, watches, calculators, cameras, laptops, camcorders, and other devices with lithium or lithium-ion batteries in checked luggage.
