Synthetic nicotine also coming under regulation in the US!?

On August 20, news emerged that non-tobacco nicotine is being warned in the United States? The FDA has issued a warning letter to Amarillo Snuff Co., a company producing non-tobacco nicotine products. More concerning is that over 100,000 applications for smokeless nicotine in the U.S. have yet to be approved.

It appears that smokeless nicotine is also under U.S. regulation and must obtain FDA marketing authorization.
