Fushun cracks first province-wide full-chain e-cigarette case, involving over RMB 60 million
The Fushun Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, in conjunction with the Shuncheng Public Security Bureau of Fushun City, launched a concentrated crackdown across four provinces and seven cities, successfully breaking the first province-wide full-chain major illegal case involving the sale of counterfeit e-cigarettes to minors.

This case lasted nearly three months, deploying over 70 police and tobacco monopoly inspection personnel, dismantling two illegal e-cigarette production dens, and seizing over 500,000 inferior e-cigarettes such as milk tea cups, fairy sticks, and bar elves, along with 26,885 semi-finished products, 359,747 production accessories, and 40 small e-cigarette processing machines. Seventeen bank cards used for settling counterfeit e-cigarette payments were confiscated, along with over 20 involved WeChat and Alipay accounts, 13 mobile phones, and two processing assembly line dens were destroyed, resulting in the arrest of 31 individuals and the implementation of coercive measures on 11.
