First, increase consumption tax;
The Dutch government will increase tobacco consumption tax twice on April 1, 2023 and April 1, 2024. After the tax increase, the average price of a pack of cigarettes will reach 10 euros in 2024. XII. Tobacco and Smoking Products Act
