Recently, the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Tobacco Monopoly Bureau concluded a special campaign against counterfeit and smuggled tobacco products in the new phase of epidemic prevention and control.

During the special campaign, tobacco monopoly bureaus at all levels in the region implemented the national bureau's deployment for the special campaign against counterfeit and smuggled tobacco products in the new phase of epidemic prevention and control, firmly establishing the awareness of a unified approach to combating counterfeit and smuggled tobacco nationwide, fulfilling their supervisory responsibilities according to the law, and focusing on combating counterfeit and smuggled tobacco and regulating new types of tobacco-related illegal activities. They concentrated efforts on solving major cases and severely punishing tobacco-related illegal activities. During this period, a total of 283 cases of counterfeit and smuggled tobacco (including electronic cigarettes) were investigated, including 7 cases with a value exceeding 50,000 yuan, seizing 215,580 counterfeit and smuggled cigarettes, 0.102 tons of illegal tobacco leaves, 38,738 illegal electronic cigarette pods, 3,257 smoking devices, 1,222 combination products, 657 milk tea cups and cola cans, and 5.3 milliliters of illegal electronic cigarette oil.
