Deputy Director Xu of the State Tobacco Administration visits Beijing bureau: tours some e-cigarette

On May 25, Xu, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the State Tobacco Administration, conducted research at the Beijing Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company).

During the visit, Xu learned in detail about the implementation of Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era in the Beijing Bureau (Company), researched the operation of Beijing's direct retail stores, visited some retail customers of vaping devices in Beijing, and listened to reports on relevant work.

Xu acknowledged the achievements made by the Beijing Bureau (Company) this year and called for deepening the study and promotion of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party, advancing the implementation of Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era; strengthening overall planning for direct stores, further optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing internal management to effectively play a leading role in brand cultivation, terminal construction, and standardized operations; reinforcing the regulation of vaping devices, standardizing market order, safeguarding the legal rights and interests of vaping market entities, and promoting the legalization and standardization of vaping industry governance.

Officials from the National Bureau's vaping management office and China Tobacco Sales Company participated in the research.
