I bought the RELX Qingfeng at the end of 2021. As a new-user promotion, it was 9.9 for one device and two pods. The store only had black in stock. A few days before the warranty expired, it stopped charging, so I contacted after-sales service and learned that I could get a free replacement with the new national-standard RELX Phantom. I only needed to mail mine in with freight collect. Such a great deal—I was so happy.
At the time, I didn’t know there was only a two-week window to submit the tracking number for after-sales service. Because of COVID restrictions, my school was under lockdown, so I couldn’t send or receive packages, and the request expired.
Since there were only a few days left on the warranty, once the after-sales request expired, the warranty expired too. But!!!!!!! The customer service staff were extremely understanding. On the morning I returned home from school, they let me apply again, expedited it, and approved it within minutes. I shipped it out first via SF Express freight collect, then took the train home. At noon on the third day, the package arrived at the after-sales service center, and that same afternoon they sent the replacement back to me. So fast—I absolutely loved it!!!
RELX after-sales service is genuinely beyond reproach. It was my first time using their after-sales support, and it made me like the brand even more.

3. Even older, lower-priced devices can be replaced free of charge with a new national-standard device.
This purple sunset gradient color looks so good. Sure enough, the Phantom really does feel better to use than the Qingfeng.
