According to the application for closure of O-Net Automation Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., our bureau has legally approved the closure of O-Net Automation Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and revoked its tobacco monopoly production enterprise license. The company will no longer engage in the production and operation of e-cigarette products.
This is hereby announced.

Public information shows that O-Net Automation Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was formerly the O-Net Group Precision Automation Research Center, established in October 2000. It is a national-level technology enterprise and one of the largest suppliers of optical communication devices and modules in the world.The company applied for and obtained a tobacco monopoly production enterprise license on August 10, 2022.
The company's general business projects include the research, design, and sales of electromechanical integrated automation equipment and automated production lines; development and sales of automation-related software; and consulting and overall solutions for factory automation production technology.
The licensed business projects include the research, design, production, and operation of precision small tensile machines, customized automation equipment; electronic products, e-cigarettes and related accessories, chargers, heating wires, atomizers, e-liquids, batteries, PCB control boards, LED lights, and other accessories; domestic trade of the above products, import and export of goods and technology, and related information consulting.
