In 2022, the e-cigarette regulations were introduced. While the after-sales details have not been clarified, we have been working hard to provide after-sales support to tens of thousands of consumers every month.
Starting from March 10, 2023 (including that day), the after-sales product replacement will be executed according to the following standards (self-service after-sales remains consistent):
For after-sales pods / devices, corresponding replacements will be made for pods / devices.
RELX Generation 1 / Alpha / Lingdian / Infinity / Light Breeze will correspondingly replace with National Standard Qingyu.
Phantom / National Standard Phantom will correspondingly replace with National Standard Phantom.
National Standard Phantom Pro will correspondingly replace with National Standard Phantom Pro.
National Standard Zeus will correspondingly replace with National Standard Zeus.
National Standard Qingyu will correspondingly replace with National Standard Qingyu.
