Dovpo, a company known for its electronic cigarettes, previously released the 1VP RDA and several other distinctive box products. This review focuses on a single-battery temperature control box—the Punisher90. Just hearing the name reminds me of Marvel's Punisher! He is considered the strongest non-mutant human hero! DOVPO has named this device after him, and I wonder if it contains any black technology!
Packaging
The packaging features a white main tone with a black paper sleeve.
Removing the sleeve reveals a flip-top box containing the main device, atomizer, manual, and more.
Included items: main device, 18650 battery adapter, atomizer core, atomizer, charging cable, certificate of conformity, and manuals for both the device and atomizer. The entire packaging is very simple, with the lines on the box inspired by the design of the Punisher90, making it quite plain!
Device
The angles on the Punisher90 give it a technological feel, with small openings on the sides resembling heat dissipation holes, though it’s unclear if they actually serve a cooling function. In terms of the device, the Punisher90 shares the same common issue as the previous VEE regulated box: it has a new plastic or rubber smell, similar to new cotton, which requires some time to break in.
Power
The reason the Punisher90 has the number 90 in its name is that it can output up to 90W with a single battery! Moreover, it not only has power mode but also features BYPASS mode, temperature control mode (Ni, Ti, Ss316), and TCR mode, catering to various vaping needs!

Temperature control range: 93°C-315°C
Supported resistance range: 0.08Ω-3.00Ω
One of the most special features of this box is that it can simultaneously accommodate 18650, 20700, and 21700 batteries, with a battery sleeve included for single battery use! It’s quite enjoyable to switch batteries and experience the different performances they offer!
Atomizer
I was somewhat disappointed with the 510 connector of the Punisher90. Firstly, the connector is not adaptive, which may lead to some atomizers not being recognized! Secondly, the connector lacks anti-twist grooves, and the smooth connector gives a somewhat unreliable feeling. However, the top atomizer does have a concave design at the bottom, which can somewhat prevent it from being twisted too tightly.
Currently, the top atomizer is not searchable on the market, and the atomizer core resistance is 0.15Ω, with an official recommended power of 50-80W. Logically, this atomizer should be specifically designed for the Punisher90, with each color of the box having a corresponding color atomizer. As a finished atomizer, it can only be described as average!
User Experience
My first impression of the device is that it is compact. I filled it with my favorite Mango Slush 888 e-liquid and started to vape. Initially, the resistance was 0.21Ω, and after a few puffs, it dropped to 0.17Ω. Using the maximum power of 90W, the hit was strong, producing a lot of vapor, and the flavor was well-extracted, with the coolness, sweetness, and fruitiness all present.
Seeing that the battery was sufficient, I tried the bypass mode, which felt great with a strong burst of power.
Next, I switched to temperature control mode, using a Freedom atomizer with titanium wire, 0.34Ω, and 265°C. The operation was simple, and the temperature control was accurate, allowing the flavor of the e-liquid to be fully released.
This device has comprehensive protection features, including short circuit, overheating, reverse connection, low voltage, and timeout protections, making it very safe to use.
In terms of battery life, a single battery will definitely not last as long as a dual battery setup, but since you enjoy the convenience of a single battery, you shouldn’t expect dual battery longevity.
