DO Nicotine Salt Atomizer Review

Pulling it out, you can immediately see the main DO atomizer unit. Inside the package there’s also a card that says, “Be someone with DO,” which gives it a very confident attitude. A T-shaped screwdriver is included as well.

At first I thought it was a shoelace! Looking closer, it turned out to be cotton designed in a shoelace style—shoelace cotton.

You could call it a "fresh minimalist" choice within the trend, and it also reflects the brand’s attitude toward quality. According to DO, 22mm is the ideal diameter for a restricted direct-lung draw. Combined with a large 4ml capacity to meet daily needs, this setup is meant to deliver an ideal everyday vaping experience.
The DO atomizer’s top cap and tank section are made from PEI material. Compared with glass and acrylic, PEI is more durable and sturdier.
The DO atomizer’s top cap and drip tip use an integrated design. Looking at the top cap from above, you can see the Chinese character “度”—and there’s a hidden secret in that design.
After removing the integrated top cap, you can see DO’s signature “cool vapor” design. Vapor passes through three air outlets at the bottom of the center column behind the PEI baffle, and the internal space cools the vapor to create that cool-vapor effect. This structure also prevents condensation from flowing back and contaminating the core, which can otherwise affect e-liquid temperature.
DO thoughtfully uses a dual top-cap design. One is the patented “cool vapor” kit, and the other is a standard top-cap kit, allowing users to freely choose the mouthpiece setup they prefer. The standard top cap requires you to match your own drip tip.
The DO features two large semi-circular filling ports, making refilling smooth and unobstructed. The chamber cover uses an arched midsection to concentrate the vapor, and the relatively narrow chimney further enhances that concentration for a richer taste.
The DO atomizer’s contacts are gold-plated for better conductivity and improved oxidation resistance. The bright gold finish also looks very pleasing.
The DO atomizer comes with two types of screws as well: Phillips screws and hex screws, making it compatible with different wire types.
The build deck uses a symmetrical angled structure, and the central airflow hole is clearly designed to favor a restricted direct-lung inhale.
The DO atomizer’s airflow control ring is also specially designed. It uses a detachable design, and the base includes a spring-loaded ball detent with six positions corresponding to different letters for adjusting airflow.
These correspond to the six letters in DOVAPE.
As for the bottom of the DO atomizer, it is printed with the manufacturer’s English branding and the product serial number. The contact pin is also gold-plated.
Installing the coil leads on the posts is very easy, so there’s no difficulty for either beginners or experienced users. I was just oddly determined to split the cotton and tuck it separately into the two wicking channels! Compared with plain round wire, I personally prefer Clapton wire, so I was more eager to swap top-cap accessories. That said, I also tried both types of wire interchangeably. Nicotine salts naturally have a higher nicotine content than regular e-liquid, so the experience will vary from person to person. Still, the cool-vapor performance really does make the draw feel smooth and comfortable.
