Femite VAPOKET Vaping Kit Review

Electronic cigarette devices have evolved from their early single designs to now continuously changing in appearance, with many products attempting to combine elements from outside the electronic cigarette realm, achieving unexpectedly effective results in both aesthetic changes and structural functionality.
For many smokers, a fuel-based lighter is an essential piece of equipment, and brands like ZIPPO have even formed a cultural phenomenon. The VAPOKET electronic cigarette kit launched by Femite combines the design of a fuel-based lighter, and although it is larger than a typical fuel lighter, its overall appearance is indeed very close to that of a lighter, giving the impression that VAPOKET is just a lighter when held in hand.
The VAPOKET kit features an alloy shell, providing a grip experience similar to that of a lighter. To further mimic the structure of a lighter, the top cover of the VAPOKET electronic cigarette uses the same limiting design as a lighter. When opening and closing the top cover, VAPOKET emits a crisp click sound, enhancing its appeal and making it resemble a lighter even more.
The compact VAPOKET kit houses a built-in 1300 mAh battery and includes protections against short circuits and low voltage. Through a window on the side of the device, users can clearly see the remaining e-liquid in the atomizer. The ignition button of the main unit is positioned next to the atomizer mouthpiece, with a charging port and an indicator light for power and operational status located on one side of the ignition button.
The lighter shape not only satisfies smokers' preference for lighter designs but also protects the atomizer mouthpiece when the top cover is closed, ensuring it remains uncontaminated during transport. Due to size constraints, the ignition button and atomizer mouthpiece are positioned relatively close together, and the original atomizer mouthpiece features a retractable design, which increases thumb operation space to some extent.
The VAPOKET kit uses a separate, removable atomizer, and the manufacturer has designed different models of replaceable atomizers and coils with varying resistances for users to choose from. By unscrewing the integrated top cover of the mouthpiece, the atomizer can be removed for refilling and coil replacement; however, adjusting the airflow requires disassembling the atomizer each time, which can be somewhat cumbersome.
The atomizer included in this review of the VAPOKET kit has a resistance of 0.4 ohms, and actual tests show excellent oil delivery performance, with low resistance for lung hits, and the vapor production is quite considerable for such a compact device. The manufacturer also provides a spare top cover, with the mouthpiece of the spare integrated top cover made from POM heat-insulating material, which meets the heat insulation requirements during continuous lung hits; however, the spare top cover's mouthpiece does not have the retractable feature of the original stainless steel mouthpiece.
Structurally, the lighter design not only creatively combines with the appearance of electronic cigarettes but also provides protection against contamination for the atomizer mouthpiece. The click sound when opening and closing makes the VAPOKET feel even more like a lighter, and its excellent hand feel encourages users to play with it. However, the compact body makes the space between the mouthpiece, button, and top cover relatively narrow, so users should be mindful of their grip during use. Overall, the VAPOKET's close resemblance to a lighter is likely to attract the attention of many lighter enthusiasts.
