For those unfamiliar with Kangcheng Yipin, you can check their official website. They produce many electronic cigarette kits, which generally lean towards mature designs, including models like D50, D80, etc. These kits are primarily aimed at small vapor replacement products for leisure smoking, and they all follow a mature route with a more business-oriented style.
Today’s IGO10L also has a bit of a business form, as we can see from the packaging, which is quite standard overall. List of items: IGO10L pen-style all-in-one device (pre-installed 0.25 ohm atomizer) USB data cable Spare pre-made 0.25 ohm atomizer Product manual in Chinese Warranty card When taking out the IGO10L device, we can see an insulating piece at the position of the air intake. I wonder what the purpose of this insulating piece is; is it to prevent accidental activation of the ignition button during transport? That’s the only possibility I can think of. I feel this piece is not very significant; the manufacturer may have other considerations. If there’s an opportunity, please let me know. Overall dimensions: 24.5*123mm Output levels: 30w/40w/50w Oil capacity: 4ML Built-in battery capacity: 3000mAh Resistance range: greater than or equal to 0.15 ohms (meaning it cannot be lower than 0.15 ohms)
There are three output levels in total: quickly pressing the ignition button three times allows you to switch levels, and pressing it five times turns it on or off. The operation is quite foolproof, very simple, with almost zero learning curve.
This foolproof all-in-one device is suitable for beginners, as it is simple and easy to use. Just press and vape, without the headache of deciphering English labels on some box screens.
The 3000mAh built-in battery is quite high for a pen-style all-in-one device. Since the output is relatively low, it’s no problem to use it for about three days on a full charge.
While charging, the indicator light below the USB port is a steady red. Once fully charged, it stops; when you see the light go out, you can unplug it.
One more thing: with this USB rechargeable device, you can vape while charging. If you can’t resist, you can vape while charging without any issues.
The top cap of the atomizer and the oil filling area have two solid rubber rings, which effectively prevent leakage when the atomizer is inverted. Although this may not be very significant, it is useful when we put the device in a bag, as it often cannot be fixed in place, and a bump can change its position, at which point it can show its advantages.
As you can see in the picture, the top of the device has two horizontal air intake holes, which cannot be adjusted. This is actually not good for those who have high flavor requirements. While air intake adjustment is not extremely important, it does make a difference in discerning subtle flavors. Fixed air intake means I cannot adjust the flavor; I can only choose the intensity of the flavor through wattage, while the delicacy of the flavor cannot be adjusted.
After installing the atomizer, the air intake holes of the device become clearer, featuring a typical bottom air intake design. I believe the biggest advantage of bottom air intake is that it enhances the richness of the flavor; I don’t see much else good about it.
The oil inlet of the atomizer has four large round holes, so you don’t need to worry about the oil flow issues with high VG e-liquids.
After filling the tank, it’s best to let it sit for about 5 minutes to allow the cotton to fully absorb the e-liquid; otherwise, there may be some flavor differences, as cotton can have a slight taste. Those who have been vaping for a while should know this.
The e-liquid I chose is (VCT e-liquid from Life Tree), which primarily features vanilla cream flavor. Since I have already reviewed this e-liquid in detail, I am quite familiar with its flavor. Now, let’s test the flavor performance of this all-in-one device:
At 30w output, the first level flavor: the vanilla flavor is quite prominent, paired with the sweetness of cream, and I am very satisfied with the initial flavor. However, in the aftertaste, the e-liquid concentration noticeably decreases, showing a trend of gradually fading. In terms of e-liquid analysis, this all-in-one device performs quite well.
At 40w output, the second level flavor: with the increase in wattage, the flavor concentration immediately improves, and the thinness in the aftertaste is almost unnoticeable. The flavor at the second level is significantly better than at the first level.
At 50w output, the flavor becomes a bit hollow; at 50 watts, due to the non-adjustable air intake, the hollow feeling increases significantly. If you are not particularly focused on vapor production, I do not recommend new players to use the third level for flavor testing.
Regarding the flavor performance of this IGO10L pen-style all-in-one device, I have explained it clearly above. The second level flavor is the best, the first level flavor is acceptable, while the third level is not recommended for flavor testing but can be used for vapor production.
Lastly, I want to mention that switching levels can be a bit troublesome; rapid pressing sometimes does not allow the device to recognize quickly, requiring multiple presses to switch successfully. This aspect needs improvement.
