We have already used steel mesh and steel sheets in previous TFV12 Prince atomizers, and the results were quite good, with a significant increase in heating area, leading to excellent vapor production.
Flavor and vapor testing:
Today I chose Tieguanyin e-liquid because it is relatively fragrant and easy to accept for lung hits. If it were a too rich e-liquid, I might not be able to handle it.
When refilling, it is better to close the airflow holes to reduce leakage. After filling the e-liquid, since it is a new coil, we let it sit for 3-5 minutes to allow the cotton to fully absorb the e-liquid.
Vapor production
I can only say that at 80W output, taking a hit feels like inhaling a huge cotton ball, smoothly entering the mouth, with a high degree of vapor fullness. I did not find this atomizer to feel empty during lung hits, indicating that the heating area is very effective.
