4. How to know when the battery is low?
The indicator light flashes 3 times in white light, indicating that the battery is low and needs charging. It takes about 60 minutes to fully charge, and after charging, you can take 450 to 600 puffs.
5. Is there a standard for choosing a charger?
It is recommended to use a 5V/1A (5 volts, maximum current 1 ampere) charger. Use the official Type-C charging cable from Boulder, which is compatible with most Android phone charging cables. If not used for a long time, please charge it fully before storage, otherwise, it may cause over-discharge and damage the battery.
6. Can I use it while charging?
It is not recommended to use the device while charging, as this will slow down the charging speed and cause the device to heat up.
7. Why does the flavor become less pronounced after prolonged use of the pod?
When continuously using the same flavor pod for a long time, taste buds can become fatigued, leading to a lighter flavor experience. It is recommended to switch to other flavors, drink more water, rinse your mouth frequently, and wait for your taste buds to recover.

8. Are the small water droplets on the device oil leaks?
The small water droplets appearing at the base of the pod and inside the device are condensation produced during use. You can wipe the bottom of the pod and the connection point between the pod and the device with a tissue to continue using it.
9. Can the Boulder Pod Device be taken on a plane?
The device can be taken on a plane, but due to different airline regulations, it may not be allowed in checked luggage. Additionally, due to changes in air pressure, there may be a small amount of e-liquid leakage. When flying, it is recommended to store the device and pod separately, and wrap the pod in a tissue or similar material. While the device can be taken on a plane, it is absolutely prohibited to use it on the plane.
10. How to maintain the device?
It is recommended to store it in a cool, dark place at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight or water exposure. Weekly, use a tissue or cotton swab to clean the contact points between the device and the pod. During use, try to take small puffs to allow the e-liquid to vaporize fully, resulting in thicker vapor and avoiding prolonged heating of the heating element, which can affect the lifespan of the device.
