GeekVape Ammit MTL RDA Review
Early vaping device designs were mainly focused on mouth-to-lung inhaling, simulating the draw resistance of cigarettes to help control or quit smoking. Later, all kinds of prebuilt and DIY cloud-chasing atomizers and high-power box mods emerged one after
Early design of electronic cigarettes are mainly oral inhalation, simulation of cigarette suction resistance and achieve the purpose of tobacco control, smoking cessation, and then a variety of finished products, diy big smoke atomizer, high power box endless, but recently in the electronic cigarette circle we are talking about oral atomizer and smoke, it seems that electronic cigarettes to turn around and around can not be turned out of this circle.
Geekvape Geek Vapor has also smoothly joined the ranks of low-power flavor atomizers this year. One familiar name in their lineup is the Ammit MTL RDA. Speaking of MTL you should not be unfamiliar with it, a lot of MTL RDAs and RTAs have been released recently,so what the hell is MTL? It refers to the feeling of a light lungful of smoke as well as a delicate flavor.
The Ammit is a 22mm diameter single-shot RDA that features Geekvape Geek Vapor's unique 3D airflow design. The top intake system features a built-in air channel that directs airflow out from underneath the coil in 3 directions.
It has 12 intake adjustment options so it can accommodate any type of mouth vaping or even lung vaping. It also comes with 3 different styles of drip tips and a bottom oiling screw.
Intake
The Ammit MTL RDA's unique three-dimensional air intake system, where the air flows from top to bottom and the airflow blows straight through the coil from three different directions, allows for a more complete atomization of the vape oil, and the smoke gathers at the dome of the inner housing, which improves the density of the smoke and gives it a more delicate taste.
Craftsmanship
The Ammit MTL RDA is a single-shot design, 22mm in diameter, and is specifically designed to be used as an atomizer for mouth vaping. However, this may not be the case. The Ammit actually has 12 different intake settings, ranging from a compact mouthpiece all the way up to a comfortable restricted small lung puff. This is all delivered through the highly acclaimed Geekvapes 3D airflow system, which is built around a dual-column electrode post.
It also comes with a range of drip tips. There are 3 different 510 drip tip setups with holes ranging from 3mm to 2mm, making it a versatile RDA.Ammit is compatible and comes with a bottom oiling screw. The oil compartment is located in the gap between the electrode post and the air hole at an ideal depth. It can also be used as an oil drip, and the 2ml oil compartment is more than enough. However, due to the positioning of the 3D airflow, you will find that some of the oil tends to flow into the airway.
The machining is perfect and smooth, with no sharp edges throughout the RDA. The tolerances on the rubber ring and top cap joints are very good and may be slightly tighter. The outer compartment is also sturdy enough to prevent some accidental drops.
Innovation
Not quite a straightforward innovative design, but Geekvape Geek Vapor has been promoting their 3D airflow design in a lot of devices, and it's nice to see it in this RDA. They've also been very clever with the design, keeping the atomizer compact while still supporting 3D air intake, as well as bottom filling.
Look at the design of the intake, it really shouldn't be there for mouth sucking, but it is. Either I know nothing about intake design or the design team at Geekvape Geek Vapor spent a lot of time researching and testing the end result of this design.
Base
The GeekVape Ammit MTL RDA uses a dual electrode post design, which makes it very easy to wind up the wire, so novice players who are new to dripping atomizers can get started quickly, which is something that GEEKVAPE has always done very well. The resistance value of the attached heating wire is about 0.6Ω, and the oil reservoir at the bottom is very deep, so you don't need to refuel frequently. After replacing the bottom oiling screw, it can be transformed into a bottom oiling atomizer.
I'm not a fan of these little Phillips screws, they're a bit small, and the Phillips screws are a bit cumbersome and not easy to force. I'd rather see a one-piece screw, or a socket head cap screw. Still, it's an easy to thread, easy to use threading platform, and roomy enough that accommodating coils with a 3mm turns is no problem at all, and of course coils with 2-2.5mm turns will work fine.
I've used several different data settings and coil configurations in the Ammit MTL RDA, ranging from simple plain wire, to more advanced Clapton, and the performance has been excellent every time.
If you use a Clapton coil with a 3mm ring gauge, it has a significantly stronger flavor compared to smaller ring gauges or plain wire. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor this RDA put out. It's not going to be on par with a high powered lung vaping RDA, but it's impressive for a low powered mouth vaping RDA.
The point I'm trying to make is that if you're just using it as a mouthfeel atomizer and you like a strong throat hit, then I found the Ammit to be a little softer on the throat hit than some other mouthfeel atomizers. I've tried all the drippers and some are a little better, but it's never as sharp and intense as the Berserker Berserker.
Experience
The Ammit undoubtedly has a diverse selection of intake options, very much so! It can cater to any mouthpiece atomization experience you may have, and is a great RDA whether you're looking for a compact or a loose one.
For me, I love the experience of a small lung inhalation, and there's no doubt that with the intake hole all the way open, the Ammit can do that. Whichever way you go, it's a smooth, smooth experience, and it's quiet.
All in all, the Ammit is excellent as a mouth-smoking and small lung-smoking experience.

GeekVape Ammit MTL RDA as a mouth-smoking mouthfeel atomizer, moderate smoke volume, recommended with tobacco flavored oils, using the smallest air intake holes, 15-20 watts to push, soft and delicate taste, suction resistance close to a small cigarette.
It is one of the taste atomizers on the market with excellent appearance, it has excellent manufacturing process and quality, it can provide a very tight mouth smoking experience or a slightly restricted small lung smoking experience, and it has a strong flavor and super smooth airflow. It's also easy for novice players to handle. If you haven't found the near-perfect atomizer Ammit MTL RDA you should definitely give it a try.
