The ignition control uses an airflow valve switch, meaning that when you put it in your mouth and inhale, it will automatically ignite. When you stop inhaling, it automatically goes into standby mode. When the MOJO is in use, the LED light in the small hole on the left side of the bottom will light up white. Under normal lighting, it’s not very noticeable, and since it’s at the bottom, it’s also not easy for the user to observe. However, in low-light environments, the LED light does provide a decent indication. Turning off the lights, taking a puff, and watching the little light flicker while sorting through complex thoughts, while also replacing the smoke... this scene is quite nice to think about.
The MOJO nicotine salt disposable vape series, however, feels like the battery life is not sufficient. I like tobacco. This product just happens to have a malfunction with the tobacco flavor. The light at the bottom is on, but no vapor comes out. It seems that some pods have issues, which has become a common problem in the industry. Recently, I had a device that came with four packs of pods, and all four pods were defective from the start. Quality control needs to be improved; 40 yuan is still money.
So I tried the Ice Pineapple flavor. The pineapple flavor is fairly well replicated. It’s not an overwhelmingly impressive taste; at least I can hardly recall the flavor now.
However, one thing is that the product has a high level of attachment for users. As an office designer, it’s always painful to go out for a smoke in the hot summer. This time, the MOJO just filled the gap during my pod shortage. Without having to go outside, just sitting in the air-conditioned office, I can take a puff occasionally, and the 5% nicotine is just enough to satisfy my physiological need for cigarettes.
When I get home and lie in bed, not wanting to fill the air-conditioned room with unpleasant smoke, the MOJO that I can just pick up and use is an excellent product. The room stays fresh, and I don’t have to worry about burning the sheets; this is the basic need for us smokers.
As for how long this disposable product lasts, it’s hard to say. When I was writing this review, I wanted to reminisce about the flavor, only to find that the device had already run out. If I had to estimate, it lasted about three days.
Earlier, I mentioned that my colleague also tried it, and his feedback was that it was a bit harsh on the throat.
If I hadn’t seen him using the MOJO these past few days, I would have believed him.
