Common issues and maintenance tips when using vaping devices

Many users receive their e-cigarettes and, when using them for the first time, do not know how to maintain them or what to do when problems appear. Vaping devices are our cherished everyday companions, so basic daily care is essential. After all, nobody w

Many friends have just received their vaping devices and are unsure how to maintain them or encounter some issues that leave us at a loss.

Vaping devices are our beloved portable gadgets, and basic daily maintenance is essential, as we all hope our devices won't fail unexpectedly.

This article summarizes some common issues that arise during daily use of vaping devices and how to maintain them.

Common Issues

1. Condensate

For beginners, the appearance of condensate is often mistaken for "leaking oil" from the atomizer; in essence, condensate and leaking oil are two different phenomena.

(Inhaling condensate can cause your mouth to feel numb or bitter. However, don't worry, condensate is not harmful to the body.)

Solution:

Remove the pod and shake it downwards a couple of times. Wipe the mouthpiece and the bottom of the pod with a tissue to clean it.

2. How to distinguish between leaking oil and condensate?

If your pod has liquid spilling out, wipe it with a tissue; if the tissue shows no color or dark brown, it's condensate; if it's light yellow, it's leaking oil.

Solution:

If your pod has slight leaking oil, wipe it clean and check if it can still be used normally.

If it still cannot be used after cleaning, please contact customer service for assistance.

3. Mouth feels dry while using the vaping device?

Most of the e-liquid consists of VG and vegetable glycerin, and VG is hygroscopic.

Solution:

Drink more water; staying hydrated is also beneficial for your body.

4. Can't draw vapor?

Some friends may find that they can't draw vapor after receiving their vaping device.

Solution:

Check the indicator light; if it is flashing, it may be a battery issue, so charge it.

If the white light is flashing, it indicates poor contact at the bottom of the pod or that the pod has leaked oil, triggering the dry burn protection mechanism and the device's safety mechanism. Please stop using it immediately and check for any e-liquid or condensate residue at the connection between the pod and the device, and wipe it with a cotton swab or tissue.

If neither of these is the case, try replacing the pod to see if it works; if not, please contact customer service.

5. Lying flat or at an angle while using the vaping device?#p#分页标题#e#

Doing so may cause the e-liquid to flow back, potentially leading to leaking oil, which could burn the cotton and cause a burnt taste.

Solution:

Avoid lying flat or on your side while vaping.

6. Strange noises when using the vaping device?

If you hear "gurgling" or "popping" sounds while using the vaping device, these phenomena are reminders that you need to clean the accumulated condensate.

Solution:

Refer to the first point.

7. Feeling dizzy after vaping for a while, what's going on?

If the user does not smoke traditional cigarettes or smokes very little, the body may not have a strong demand for nicotine, which can lead to what is commonly referred to as a "nicotine rush" when suddenly consuming an excess of nicotine. (I believe some smokers can relate to this; if you don't smoke for two days and then smoke again on the third day, you will experience this feeling.)

Solution:

It is recommended to stop vaping, drink more water, and rest. Don't worry; the nicotine consumed will be expelled from the body through metabolism.

? Maintenance Tips

1. Storage method for pods and devices when not in use

For pod-based devices, pods should be stored in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children and pets, and the device should not be charged in high-temperature environments that may cause discomfort to the body.

2. If not used for a long time

If you do not use the vaping device for three days, please remove the pod to avoid oil leakage that could damage the device's battery or sensor.

3. Charging

When charging, remove the pod, keeping the mouthpiece facing up; do not charge it upside down.

4. Battery maintenance

Try to charge the battery after it is nearly depleted, and charge it fully in one go. Remove it within half an hour after charging; otherwise, it may affect the battery's lifespan.
