Sharing the Advantages of the RELX 3rd Gen Essential
To be honest, the Essential feels noticeably more high-tech than the other generations
First of all, I bought the white 3rd gen version as well as the dragon design. Both 3rd gen devices really give me a strong sense of tech. The dragon version looks amazing and feels like a piece of art. Let’s start with the Bluetooth feature: when connected to the app, it can record your puff count in real time. And most importantly, you can collect reward points every day on the hour, haha.

The battery notification feature is also especially nice. When the battery is low, the breathing light turns red. While charging, the breathing light pulses and flashes. It really feels very high-tech.
The draw resistance on the 3rd gen is much stronger than on the other generations. The first time I used it, I even thought the airflow hole on the device was blocked.
Overall, I’d give it full marks. That said, the Bluetooth counting still isn’t very precise. That’s because the device doesn’t have a data storage function, so a lot of puffs often go unrecorded.
