Can a RELX vape device be charged with a fast charger?

Yesterday when I went to buy a 5th-generation device, I was chatting with the shop owner and he told me to use only a standard charger when charging. He said that if you use a fast charger or flash charger, it can easily burn out the circuit board inside the vape device.
I’ve had my 3rd-generation device for over a month now, and I’ve been using a fast charger every time. Each charge only lasts about 20 minutes, and I usually unplug it without even checking whether it’s fully charged.
So far, one charge (about 20 minutes) is basically enough to last me through the whole day.
So I’m hoping some more experienced users can give me some advice on charging precautions. Is it really true that fast charging and flash charging shouldn’t be used?
