How can you tell when a JVE device is fully charged?
When the charger indicator light changes from red to gray (or to green on portable charging e-cigarette chargers), it indicates that the device is fully charged. Please disconnect the charger from the power supply and unscrew (remove) the battery afterward (for portable charging e-cigarettes, there is no need to remove the battery).
The World Health Organization has conducted research on e-cigarettes and reached a clear conclusion: e-cigarettes are harmful to public health and are not a smoking cessation method. Control measures must be strengthened to prevent harm to adolescents and non-smokers.

Notes:
1. E-cigarettes can be taken on airplanes, but the batteries must be carried with you and cannot be mailed. On domestic flights, mailing electrical devices containing batteries is prohibited.
2. Batteries must be carried with you, must have capacity markings, and should preferably be stored in a battery case. No more than two spare lithium batteries may be carried on your person. Portable power banks with a rated energy exceeding 160Wh, with no markings at all, or that are damaged will not be allowed on board.
3. Mailing e-liquid and carrying it with you both involve risks, and domestic flights have strict regulations on carrying liquids.
