You can try the following 4 methods step by step:

1. Use a cotton swab or tissue to wipe the four contact points at the top of the device.

2. Try switching to another pod to see whether it works normally.

3. Gently tap the device and the bottom of the pod against a flat tabletop to disperse any condensation.

4. Press the 4 small copper contacts at the bottom of the pod, insert the pod into the device, move it slightly, and then try using it again.

5. Check approximately how much e-liquid is left. If the e-liquid level is too low, uneven heating may prevent it from producing vapor. Note: If this is your first time using it, remember to remove the transparent plug from the pod~ (For Infinity pods, the transparent plug is located in the middle of the bottom of the pod.
