YOOZ e-cigarette pod leaking? How to tell
When using e-cigarette products, many users often feel a sweet or even numb sensation in their mouths after taking a puff.
This is because e-cigarettes produce a liquid called condensate during vaporization, which leads many users to wonder whether the sweet taste is due to oil leakage or an accumulation of condensate. (We won't go into detail about what condensate is here; today's topic is how to distinguish between oil leakage and condensate.)
So how can we tell if it's oil leakage or condensate? Generally, there are two possibilities for oil leakage in a pod: leakage from the top or leakage from the bottom. Here are two methods to determine this.
1. Top Oil Leakage Detection
Step 1: First, wipe the area where the oil is leaking from the top with a tissue, then hold the pod upside down and shake it vigorously 10 times. After that, use a paper towel rolled into a thin strip to clean the pod tube.
Step 2: Repeat the first step. If the oil leakage from the top decreases or stops, it is condensate, which is normal for the pod. If there is still oil or the leakage has not decreased, then it is a top oil leak.

(Note: If you repeat this more than three times and your paper towel still retains liquid, it is highly likely that there is an oil leak.)
2. Bottom Oil Leakage Detection

Determining bottom oil leakage is actually the simplest. Generally, if there is oil leaking from the bottom, it is visibly apparent that liquid is flowing out.
Since bottom oil leakage is more serious and cannot be stopped, it can be easily identified by the naked eye.
