Which of the Four Included Flavors in the RELX 3rd Generation Lingdian Kit Is Best?
I have tried several popular pod-style electronic cigarettes on the market, and after stepping on many landmines, I finally chose the RELX Lingdian.
The JUUL flavor is too strong; even as a seasoned smoker, I find it a bit overwhelming. The Xiaoye flavor is too mild, and smoking too much irritates my throat. The Niwei flavor loses its taste the more you smoke it, and the mung bean and red bean flavors are simply off-putting. As for Lingxi, I must say, it’s a total letdown.

The RELX flavor is relatively balanced; it has enough strength without being too overpowering, which suits me perfectly. I have been using RELX from the first generation to the Lingdian, and the flavor has improved significantly.
The RELX Lingdian pods include four flavors from the kit and two additional flavors sold separately, totaling six flavors. Overall, the taste is quite good, as it is the number one selling brand in the country, and the flavor is unlikely to disappoint. However, from a personal perspective, I still prefer the mung bean and mint flavors. I have been hooked on these two flavors since the first generation, and they have become my regular choice.
The mung bean flavor is arguably the most popular flavor from RELX; it feels like eating mung bean paste ice cream—cool and slightly sweet, with a rich taste and a sweet aftertaste. The exhaled vapor also has a refreshing mung bean paste flavor. When my colleague first smelled it, they thought I was eating ice cream; it was that convincing.
Conversely, the hardest mung bean flavor I have tried is from Niwei, which has a foul taste and makes the exhaled vapor nauseating. The red bean flavor is similar; I don’t know how they tested this flavor, but I almost missed out on RELX's mung bean flavor due to Niwei's bizarre taste. For those who have been hurt by Niwei's mung bean flavor, do not give up on RELX's mung bean paste; it’s a taste of childhood.
Now, let’s talk about another classic flavor from RELX, the mint flavor, which has a bit of a Green Arrow gum feel to it. It’s very refreshing; taking a puff clears your mind and gives a sensation of instantly opening up your energy channels. Those looking to quit smoking need not worry about addiction; usually, five or six puffs are enough to reach satisfaction.
Additionally, the Red Bull and coffee flavors from their Energy Drink series are also two flavors I am quite satisfied with.
The Red Bull flavor is probably the star flavor among these series, closely replicating the taste of Red Bull beverage, with moderate coolness and a rich, unique flavor.
The coffee flavor has a strong coffee taste, not too bitter, with moderate coolness. Those who regularly drink coffee will likely enjoy it.
As for the tobacco and grape flavors, I am not particularly fond of them.
In my opinion, the tobacco flavor is standard; it tastes more accurate than the previous generation, and the texture is finer than traditional cigarettes. It’s quite good on its own, but it doesn’t stand out among all the flavors.
The grape flavor has distinct layers, starting with fresh grapes and transitioning to a wine-like taste. A female colleague of mine loves it, but among fruit flavors, I still prefer the previous generation's mango sago, which is slightly sweet and not cloying even after prolonged use.
These are all my personal feelings, for reference only.
