Daily Maintenance for RELX Devices

Daily storage: Please store pods in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Try to use the original charging cable to avoid battery damage.

Pod shelf life: When stored properly and unopened, pods have a shelf life of 18 months. After opening, it is recommended to use them within 15 days.

About condensation: Due to temperature changes between indoors and outdoors, condensation may occur. You may hear a "gurgling" sound while inhaling. This is normal. Flicking the pod downward can help remove the condensation.

Do not disassemble or refill: The pod is a closed, disposable pod. Do not disassemble or refill it yourself, or add any other substances through the air inlet or mouthpiece, as this may affect the structural integrity of the pod and the safety of the e-liquid ingredients.

Pod depletion: During use, the e-liquid should always cover the ceramic coil. Otherwise, it means the e-liquid in the pod has been used up, which may cause dry hits and a burnt taste. In this case, please replace it with a new pod.

Damaged pod: If you find that a pod is cracked, damaged, disassembled, modified, or has been immersed in liquid, do not use it, as this may lead to safety issues and personal injury.

Use only with the designated device: Be sure to use RELX pods together with a RELX device. Do not insert any pods sold through unofficial channels or any non-compatible pods into a RELX device.

Pod abnormalities: When carrying or using a pod, please ensure that no foreign material enters the inside of the RELX device. Do not modify or disassemble the pod, add any materials into it, or use it in combination with products from other brands, as this may lead to safety issues and personal injury.

Usage tips

On 1st- and 4th-generation devices, blocking the two side airflow holes can increase draw resistance.

After regular use, gently tap the pod up and down twice to help prevent condensation buildup.

When using 2nd- and 3rd-generation devices, the draw resistance is relatively high; inhaling for more than three seconds will give you a better sense of flavor layering.
