Some Thoughts on the 2nd Gen Alpha Ceramic Coil and Thermal Cotton Pods
Ever since the Alpha thermal-sensing pod came out, a lot of people have had opinions about it—oil spitting, burnt coils, strange noises, and so on. In short, many users just didn’t like it much.

Because I also use the 4th generation, which has a ceramic coil too, I noticed that the flavor tends to fade after a while. But I’ve used the thermal-sensing pod for quite a long time, and even when the e-liquid is almost finished, it still has flavor. It may get a bit lighter, but it performs better than the 4th gen. It also doesn’t get especially hot—if you take longer draws, you can feel a little warmth. Overall, I think the thermal-sensing pod is pretty decent.
That said, the ceramic version also makes a gurgling sound, and the orange flavor also spits e-liquid. When it burns, it burns. According to the official specs, the 4th gen pod contains slightly more e-liquid than the 2nd gen, but both are rated for 500 puffs. Could that have something to do with the concentration? Think about it.
