Why Is My Vaping Device Not Producing Vapor and Feeling Blocked?

Atomizer Issues

1. Burnt Taste

A. Whether you smoke immediately after adding e-liquid, the cotton in the atomizer (wick) needs some time to absorb the e-liquid. If you just filled it, the cotton may not be fully saturated yet. This is a dry burn state, which can easily produce a burnt taste;

B. Check if the e-liquid in the atomizer is depleted or if it is in a dry burn state;

C. If the atomizer has not been cleaned for a long time, it needs regular cleaning to prevent residual substances from heating up and producing off-flavors;

D. If the atomizer coil continues to heat up and the cotton burns for a long time, it can easily produce a burnt taste. It is necessary to slow down your smoking rate.

2. No Vapor or Reduced Vapor Production.

A. Check if the battery is low and needs charging;

B. Check if the airflow of the atomizer is blocked;

C. If the atomizer coil has been used for a long time, it may need to be replaced with a new coil.

3. E-Liquid in Mouth

A. Check if the e-liquid was injected into the center tube of the atomizer (this is incorrect); the center tube is the inhalation hole of the vaping device, and e-liquid in the center tube can be sucked into the mouth;

B. Check if the e-liquid was overfilled. Generally, the filling amount should be 1/2 to 2/3 of the atomizer's capacity;

C. Check if you are inhaling too hard; excessive force can easily draw e-liquid into the mouth;

D. Check if your inhalation posture is correct; the correct posture for using a vaping device is to tilt the device downwards, especially inhaling while tilting upwards can cause e-liquid to flow back.

4. E-Liquid Leakage, leakage is one of the common faults in vaping devices, but sometimes it may not be a true leak. It could be caused by improper operation when adding e-liquid. Check as follows:

A. Check if all parts of the atomizer are securely fastened;

B. Check if e-liquid accidentally got on the outside while filling;

C. Check if the atomizer has any damage or cracks; [High Definition. Check if the insulating ring inside the atomizer has cracks or is aging.

TIPS: The insulating ring is used to prevent e-liquid leakage and should not be removed casually.

5. Hot Drip Tip

High smoking frequency causes the resistance wire to heat up, and the vapor produced can be hot, making the mouth feel hot. Many vaping devices have a drip tip design to prevent burns. Use safely.

6. Battery Issues

1. Vaping device not charging, indicator light not lighting up

A. When the battery is not connected, check if the charging indicator light is green. If it lights up, the charger is normal; if it does not light up, charge it. The device itself may be damaged;

B. Connect the charger to the battery terminal and check if the indicator light is red. If it is red, it is in normal charging process. If the green light is on, it indicates that the battery is fully charged or cannot be charged (the battery itself is damaged); if it does not light up, it indicates poor output from the battery (the battery itself is damaged);

C. If charging fails, check if the charger and battery are tightly connected;

D. If the charger does not turn green, it may mean the battery is not fully charged and needs to continue charging until full. If charging takes more than 10 hours and it still does not turn green, the charger may be faulty.
