RELX Phantom 5th Gen: why does the indicator light keep flashing?

The RELX 5th generation device's breathing light is officially referred to as the tidal breathing light.

What does the flashing light on the RELX 5th generation device mean? Why does the RELX 5th generation light keep flashing?

Today, I will clarify this confusion for you; in fact, this is a self-protection mechanism of the RELX Phantom.

1. Over-pull Protection:

Due to excessive external suction detected by the RELX 5th generation device, a protective mechanism is activated to prevent the user from choking.

2. Over-charge Protection:

When the charging cable is pulled out with too much force or plugged in randomly, the device's indicator light will flash three times as a self-protection mechanism.

In response to the varying safety issues of e-cigarettes on the market, RELX has built-in three layers of safety protection features.

The front of the device has a droplet-shaped LED status breathing light, which remains constant while charging.

When in short-circuit protection, the breathing light will flash three times; when in over-suction protection, the breathing light will also flash three times; and when in low-voltage protection, the breathing light will flash ten times, allowing users to identify the different statuses based on the breathing light.

If your Phantom encounters an abnormal state while charging, indicated by a flashing red light, it is recommended to fully charge it before use; do not use it while charging.

If it remains in a red light state after being fully charged, please wipe the moisture from the bottom of the pod and the inner wall of the device.
