RELX Pod Compatibility and Safety Guidelines
Daily Storage?Please store the pods in a cool, dry, and light-protected environment.
Pod Shelf Life? The shelf life of the pods is 1 year when stored correctly and unopened. It is recommended to use them within 15 days after opening.
Environmental Impact? E-liquid is a mixture with specific physical and chemical properties, easily affected by the surrounding environment, such as temperature and pressure. If the e-liquid is stored improperly or in a bumpy environment, it may lead to changes in its physical and chemical properties or quality, or even cause leakage. It is recommended not to use the pod directly if it has been placed outdoors (especially in hot summers or cold winters), in unregulated indoor temperatures, in cars, or other areas, until the pod and internal e-liquid temperature reaches 15-30°C for optimal use.
About Condensate? Due to temperature changes indoors and outdoors, condensate may occur, which can be heard as a "gurgling" sound when inhaling. This is normal; shaking the pod down can eliminate the condensate. If it cannot be eliminated, please contact customer service for assistance.
Please Do Not Disassemble or Refill? RELX pods are closed disposable pods; please do not disassemble or refill them yourself, or introduce other substances through the air holes or mouthpiece, as this may affect the integrity of the pod structure and the safety of the e-liquid components.
Keep Away from Children? Please ensure that the pods are stored out of reach of children.
Please Do Not Ingest Directly? Please do not ingest e-liquid directly or use it for purposes other than vaporization. If accidentally ingested, please spit it out, rinse your mouth, drink plenty of water, and seek medical attention promptly.
Avoid Contact with Eyes or Skin? If e-liquid accidentally gets into the eyes, please rinse immediately with plenty of water. If it comes into contact with the skin, please wash or wipe immediately.
First-Time Users? For first-time e-cigarette users, please take small puffs to avoid choking on large clouds of vapor.
#p#分页标题#e#When the Pod is Depleted? Always ensure that the e-liquid covers the ceramic core; otherwise, it indicates that the e-liquid in the pod has been depleted, which may lead to dry hits and a burnt taste. At this point, please replace the pod.
Pod Damage? If you find that the pod is damaged, broken, disassembled, or submerged in liquid, please contact customer service immediately for inquiries. Do not use the pod, as it may lead to safety issues and personal injury.
Use with Dedicated Device? Please ensure to use RELX pods with RELX devices; do not insert other objects (including but not limited to pods from other brands or those sold through unofficial channels) into RELX devices.
Pod Anomalies? When carrying or using the pod, please ensure that no other materials enter the RELX device, and do not modify or disassemble the pod, add materials to it, or use it in combination with products from other brands, as this may lead to safety issues and personal injury.
Other Issues? If RELX products are not functioning properly, please do not force operation. If you have any issues, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
