How to Fix RELX Leaking and No Vapor Output
These are two common questions: why does my RELX 1st Gen suddenly stop producing vapor, and what should I do if the pod is leaking?
1. Why does it suddenly stop hitting?
The reason is usually condensation inside the 1st Gen pod. When condensation builds up in the bottom airflow hole, it can block the airflow and prevent vapor production.
Solution: Hold the pod with the bottom facing downward and flick it firmly a few times to shake out the built-up condensation that is causing the blockage. Then wipe it clean with tissue, and it should basically be fine. If no condensation comes out the first time, try a few more times.
2. What should I do if the pod is leaking?
In fact, most “leaking” from pods is basically condensed liquid coming out. Only large-scale seepage is considered an actual e-liquid leak.
Since the RELX 1st Gen is RELX’s first-generation product and has been on the market for quite a long time, its leak-resistant technology is not as good as the 5th Gen. So compared with the 5th Gen, the 1st Gen does have a somewhat higher chance of leaking. But if your pod leaks, don’t panic.
First, twist a piece of tissue into a thin strip and insert it into the mouthpiece airflow channel to clean it thoroughly.
Second, still using tissue, clean the inside of the device thoroughly.

The specific steps are shown in the image above.
