Why Is My RELX Not Producing Vapor?
1. Check whether there is still e-liquid left in the pod. This is the most basic first step.
2. Check whether the battery and pod are properly connected. Poor contact in the magnetic connection can also cause this issue.
3. Check whether the device still has power. You can also try a new charging cable, as sometimes the cable is faulty and the device will not charge.
4. Think about when you last used it. Sometimes if a pod sits unused for too long, the e-liquid can clog the atomizer core, causing poor airflow and naturally no vapor.
5. Think about whether the device has been dropped or exposed to water. Damage caused by these factors is generally not covered under warranty.

6. There is also a type of customer who buys a kit directly from the store, then later switches to cheaper products from other channels. They may not realize those are counterfeit products, and the fake pods end up damaging the device. We used to handle after-sales service for such cases, but some people keep chasing low prices despite repeated warnings. You get what you pay for. Some even keep using them while coughing badly. We usually advise them to stop using such products altogether. If a device is damaged by counterfeit pods, it can be identified during factory inspection, and the store will not provide after-sales service.
7. If none of the above applies, then you may have bought a counterfeit product.
We’ve said it countless times: don’t be tempted by cheap prices and end up buying fake products. Yet some customers still act as if they might get lucky. I’ve seen people buy a device for 80 yuan and pods for 50 yuan. I’ve also seen units fall apart during use or even explode. Some people listen to the explanation, then go buy elsewhere, only to come back after getting counterfeits. It really is frustrating. And with today’s counterfeit products becoming so brazen, you often can’t tell with the naked eye unless it is a very low-grade fake that feels like cheap plastic. Those do exist too. Don’t try to save a little money only to suffer a big loss.
