How to Create Big Clouds with a Vape?
How to create big clouds with a vape?
1. What kind of equipment is needed to create big clouds?
Many smokers wonder what equipment is needed to play with Big Smoke? What wattage can control the smoke? In fact, big clouds do not require high wattage and low resistance. We are not pursuing competition; we aim for safe use of electronic cigarettes while enjoying big clouds.
Power levels: The power required by the device will have a certain impact on the electronic cigarette, but matching resistance and power is the most important. For example, commonly used big smoke resistances are 0.2Ω, 0.3Ω, and 0.4Ω. What wattage can we match?
According to Ohm's law calculations:
3.7V-4.2V squared / 0.2 ohms = about 68-88W;
3.7V-4.2V squared / 0.3 ohms = about 45-59W;
3.7V-4.2V squared / 0.4 ohms = about 34-44W;
From the above data, it can be seen that a power output of around 80W can meet the daily needs for dense smoke. But here comes the question! Why do we need 200W or higher power? Why use a dual-battery box? Although a single-battery device has a maximum power of 80W, a single battery cannot be used for long periods, so a dual battery is necessary. Moreover, dual batteries can support higher series power, leading to the emergence of high-power boxes. Another reason is that many resistances with power ratings are inaccurately calculated. For example, dual parallel coils and fancy wires require much higher power than traditional coils.
Note: Choosing ultra-low resistance for big smoke requires a dual or triple battery device to ensure long-term high power output. If you only need small drips or flavor protection, a single battery can meet your needs.

2. What methods can increase smoke volume?
When using dual atomizers or large airflow atomizers, there are several methods to increase smoke volume:
1. The e-liquid needs to be high VG or you can add some VG to increase smoke volume. The ratio of e-liquid to VG is 1:1.
2. You can use low resistance with high wattage or use fancy heating wires to increase smoke density.
3. Choose atomizers with large airflow that can be inhaled into the lungs. The most important factor for big smoke is the duration of inhalation into the lungs. The longer the time, the more smoke will naturally be stored.
3. What data is commonly used for big smoke?
Common big smoke profiles:
1. Wire count: dual coil, wire diameter: 0.5mm, coil length: 2.5-3.0mm, turns: 5-6, resistance: about 0.2 ohms.
2. Wire count: dual coil, wire diameter: 0.6mm, coil length: 2.5mm-3.0mm, turns: 5-6 turns.
3. Clapton: single coil, coil length: 2.5mm, turns: 5-6 turns. Dual coil: coil length: 2.5mm, turns: 5-6 turns.
4. Does the structure of the atomizer affect smoke volume?
Dripping or tank? Which produces more smoke? This is a question that troubles many friends. Assuming: under the same airflow, dripping will produce more smoke.
For the same resistance:
1. Dripping airflow is smoother than tank airflow.
2. The tank of a dripping atomizer has a larger space, which integrates better with the air inside, thus increasing smoke.
3. The tank atomizer has an airway below the mouthpiece. The airway compresses the smoke, enhancing flavor but also affecting smoke volume.
4. Traditional side airflow dripping atomizers produce more smoke than bottom airflow ones. Most tank atomizers have bottom airflow. The structure of dripping atomizers has advantages over tank atomizers.
5. Can low power produce big smoke?
For daily use of big smoke, low power can suffice. Typically, the resistance for big smoke is 0.3-0.4Ω, requiring 40-50W. If you use Clapton or dual wires, it can also increase smoke volume. So low power can produce big smoke, but as usage time increases, the effect and power will definitely decrease; low resistance has a significant impact on power.

6. What brand and model of batteries does Dashing use?
It is not easy to answer about batteries. From appearance alone, it is difficult to directly distinguish authenticity, but the box's battery must be greater than or equal to 20A to play with big smoke, and a 30A battery is recommended.
Using mechanical products with ultra-low resistance requires high standards for batteries. First, they must be from reputable brands; second, they must be intact; third, they must exceed 30A. Batteries from LG and Sony perform well. For safety, be sure to purchase genuine batteries.
7. What is the difference between a mechanical mod and a regulated box when playing with big smoke?
The mechanical mod is a simple direct power supply method, utilizing the actual voltage output of the battery. As the battery charge decreases, the voltage drops, and the output power decreases.
Regulated devices control the discharge voltage of the battery through a chip. The battery provides energy to the regulated device. Battery energy also varies in strength. Ordinary batteries cannot meet the output of electronic cigarettes. So do not choose ordinary batteries for a little money. You need to choose high-rate batteries for better performance.
Note: According to battery testing experiments seen online, a battery can be charged 500 times, meaning we can charge it daily and use it for about a year.
8. Why does dripping not produce smoke?
There are two reasons why dripping does not produce a lot of smoke:
1. Incorrect data; the resistance made by the heating wire is not suitable for big smoke; it may also be that the heating wire is too thin, and the resistance is too high. To lower the resistance, you can make it a dual wire wound together or use twisted wire to lower the resistance to achieve big smoke.
2. The VG content in the e-liquid is not high enough; at least 60% VG should be used for big smoke; low resistance and high VG are the rules, expanding the heated area to increase smoke volume.
9. How to change the smoke volume of e-liquid?
The main components of e-liquid include: VG, PG, nicotine, flavoring, distilled water, etc...
To increase smoke volume, the e-liquid should be VG-based, suitable for big smoke e-liquids with 70%, 80%, or auto VG ratios. When purchasing e-liquid, you can check the label or ask the vendor about the VG ratio of the liquid.
If you have some e-liquid with low VG content but like its flavor, you can buy VG (vegetable glycerin) to add, generally in a 1:1 ratio.
Adding VG to original e-liquid will increase the viscosity of the e-liquid. While increasing smoke volume, it will also affect the oil delivery speed of tank atomizers; it will affect nicotine content; for example, a bottle of regular e-liquid is 6mg. If mixed with half VG, the e-liquid will adjust to 3mg; it will dilute the flavor of the e-liquid.
In summary:
Big smoke in electronic cigarettes is not a complex problem; the main reason is that novice friends are still quite confused, but if they understand the corresponding working principles and product characteristics, they can clearly enjoy big smoke!
